Every now and then we are given or get a good idea or undertake an analysis that seems to have a wider scope than the proposed implementation. These projects are developed for specific needs perceived or received for specific enterprise types, rather than for one specific client.

We develop projects with a view to engaging multiple clients with similar requirements. Our method is to engage interested parties including start up partner clients whose industry knowledge and ideas help us develop a general product and to decide what features need to be customisable and what structure is common, fine tuning this reduces complexity whilst providing flexibility.

Such projects facilitate economies of scale that spread the development and support costs over multiple implementations, making them more affordable to more clients and providing us with an increasingly wide source of suggestions and further clients. A win win situation.
