A simple concept executed well. The recruitment industry is very competitive. It may be easy to identify a niche but much harder to make a success of the business.
It takes dedication, persistence and a lot of networking. The software component needs to be the least of ones worries but still be the shop front.
Success is not a case of "build it and they will come" but it does require well structured reliable systems modified over the course of time to fit an evolving business model.
