This project was for a well know international company wholesaling Bakery and Coffee and Tea products to major retailers. We
were engaged to translate their spread sheet system which required much manual manipulation and relied on one person's
expertise, into a database application that met the requirements of each of two sales departments. The system was intended as
a stop gap as the company moved to SAP and other systems and was intended to be a twelve month interim measure. It has been operating for over seven years
and has had many alterations and added features in that time, it provides information to the SAP system and draws it from several other systems such as MFG and
Aztec, it is used by more than 20 staff.
